Activities include a range of art, craft and embroidery, mainly led by a group member, but occasionally with invited tutors. Membership is open to anyone of any age or gender. A donation of £3 for each session is invited.

Join St Michael’s singers for their monthly rehearsal, spending time learning and singing a wide range of music in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. Whether you’re an experienced singer or someone who just enjoys lifting their voice, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
Rehearsals take place in the main body of the church, filling the space with sound, harmony, and life.

Join us for Sunday worship as we gather for Holy Communion, with hymns, Bible readings, teaching and prayer.
Our children’s and young people’s ministry runs alongside the service, with groups for different ages. You can find full details in the separate Children’s Ministry event listing.
Refreshments are served afterwards, with plenty of opportunity to stay and chat.

Commemoration Service
Annual Commemoration Service
A service to remember those we have loved and lost
Our Annual Commemoration Service is a quiet and reflective opportunity to remember those who have died, to give thanks for their lives, and to find hope and comfort together.
The service will include hymns, readings, prayers, an address, and the reading aloud of the names of those being remembered. There will also be space for quiet reflection and a simple act of remembrance.
Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, you are very welcome to join us.
Adding a name to the Roll of Remembrance
If you would like the name of someone you have lost to be included in the Roll of Remembrance, please send their name to Calum Piper by Monday 26 October. This can be done via email: calum.piper@bramhall.church
Refreshments will be served after the service.
Games Afternoon
Join us for a relaxed and friendly Games Afternoon, with the added bonus of a jigsaw swap.
Drop in to enjoy board games, card games, and puzzles, or bring along a jigsaw you’ve already completed and swap it for something new. Whether you come to play, chat, or simply enjoy a cuppa, it’s a lovely way to spend an afternoon together.
When: First Monday of every month
Time: 3.00–5.00pm
Cost: Free
Refreshments: Provided
All are welcome — feel free to come for the whole afternoon or just pop in for a while.

Bible Study
Join us for an informal bible study. Sessions last an hour and are an opportunity to read through parts of scripture seeking to understand them in their original context and then asking the questions:
‘What do they teach us about Jesus?’
‘ What do they mean in today’s context?’
‘How do they apply to my own life today?’

Join us for our Gift & Craft Fair on Saturday 7th November, 11am–3pm.
Come along and browse a range of gifts, crafts and handmade items, with plenty of ideas for Christmas presents or a treat for yourself.

Remembrance Sunday Parade
Remembrance Sunday at Bramhall War Memorial
On Remembrance Sunday, the community of Bramhall will gather together to remember those who have served and sacrificed, and especially those who gave their lives in war.
The parade will leave Holland Road at 10.30am, with the service beginning at Bramhall War Memorial at 10.40am.
The Act of Remembrance will include prayers, readings, the laying of wreaths and the two-minute silence.
Everyone is welcome to join us for this important community occasion.
The Order of Service will be available to download from this page on the day.
TGiM
A men’s group who meet for a light lunch and chat. Occasionally there is a talk or a quiz but the aim is to provide a time of fellowship and welcome for all. Donations Invited

For children between the ages of 0 to 5, and the grown ups who come with them, Active Angels hosts play, crafts and refreshments concluding with sing-along time and community notices.

Armistice Day Silence
Tuesday 11 November at Bramhall War Memorial
On Armistice Day, we will gather at Bramhall War Memorial to mark the moment the guns fell silent at the end of the First World War.
The short service will begin at 10.55am and will last around 10 minutes, including prayers and the two-minute silence at 11am.
All are welcome to join us as we pause together to remember those who have served and sacrificed, and to pray for peace.

Step into church in a relaxed, welcoming way at our Pipe Organ Hour.
Come and enjoy the rich sound of our pipe organ as the church is filled with beautiful live music, alongside refreshments and space simply to listen, pause, or explore the building at your own pace. It’s an easy, informal way to experience church — no service, no pressure, just music and atmosphere.
The hour is led by our Musical Director Alex Walker, joined by other organists.
