Join us in praying ‘Thy Kingdom Come’ in the days between Ascension and Pentecost.

Praying The Lord's Prayer

Every Day | 6:30pm | Prayer Corner

Between Ascension Day and Pentecost we will join churches around the world praying  ‘Thy Kingdom Come’ whilst reflecting on The Lord’s Prayer.

Prayer is vital to the Christian walk and coming together to pray is equally important.

Over 9 days from Friday 30th May, there will be an opportunity to come and pray with others at 6:30pm each evening in the prayer corner in church.

Below is a link to a resource that will offer some structure. For those with young families we have produced a resource for you, to help you as a young family join in and pray with us. Click on the purple box to download your prayer guide.

If you choose to join the gatherings in church (and we hope you will) they will be led and it won't all be silence.

Whether you are completely confident in praying, or whether the idea of a prayer meeting terrifies you, we invite/encourage/challenge you to come along and join in the tradition of prayer set by the apostles in the lead up to that first Pentecost.

The Lord’s Prayer Prayer Booklet

We will be using this booklet to guide us through the prayer gatherings. On each day there are suggestions of things to pray for.

The Lord’s Prayer Families Booklet

This booklet follows the same format but we have simplified a few things and introduced a family focused activity to help with engaging with prayer.
